At Elevate Dorset, we’re in the business of keeping things moving — literally. With 15+ years of industry experience, NVQ qualifications under our toolbelt, and a real passion for all things lift-related, we know how to take your vertical transport seriously… without taking ourselves too seriously.

From major and minor repairs, to callouts, subcontracting services, and modernisation projects — we’re your go-to team for reliable, efficient, and fuss-free lift solutions. Whether it’s a last-minute breakdown or a long-term servicing contract, we’ve got you covered with the tools, the talent, and the know-how.

Our founder Lee lives and breathes lifts (and occasionally engine oil — he’s a car nut too). He’s all about honest work, high standards, and keeping clients happy without overcomplicating things.

And while Lee handles the heavy lifting, our office morale is managed by Bear — our four-legged Director of Paw-sitivity. Expect tail wags, dramatic sighs, and the occasional Zoom appearance.

Meet the Team

At Elevate Dorset, we like to keep things moving — lifts and good vibes. From the tools to the timelines, we’ve got a tight-knit crew making sure everything runs smoothly (and safely).

With Lee on the front lines, Liana behind the scenes, and Bear keeping morale high (and snack levels monitored), we’re a small but mighty team built on experience, energy, and a whole lot of lift know-how.

    With over 13 years in the lift industry and an NVQ to prove it, Lee knows his way around everything from quick fixes to full-scale modernisation projects. Whether it’s emergency callouts, long-term servicing, or subcontracting support, if it moves up and down—chances are he’s worked on it.

    Lee’s all about keeping things smooth, safe, and efficient—whether that's troubleshooting a stubborn lift, upgrading outdated systems, or jumping in on-site to give teams a boost.

    When he’s not deep in lift gear, you’ll likely find him in the garage, working on cars just for the love of it. Same approach: get stuck in, sort it out, make it run better than before.

  • She might not be on the tools, but trust us—nothing moves without Liana. From sorting schedules to keeping the socials sharp, she’s the organised engine behind the scenes making sure everything (and everyone) runs like clockwork.

    If it looks smooth, it’s because Liana’s already two steps ahead.

  • ‘CHIEF VIBES OFFICER’

    Bear is our resident office dog and part-time comedian. A proud Shiba Inu with serious main character energy, he takes his role very seriously: greeting visitors (selectively), supervising snack breaks, and offering moral support during long days.

    When he’s not napping in dramatic poses or demanding belly rubs mid-call, you’ll find him making sure the workplace stays fun, chill, and just the right amount of chaotic.

    Work hard, nap harder — that’s Bear’s motto.
